Roasted Brussel Sprouts

What a fabulous way to have brussel sprouts! These are so simple yet delicious. If you think you don’t like brussel sprouts, please try them like this first. All you really need is olive oil, sea salt, & pepper – but the basil and oregano just make it a little more special. You can even splash a little lemon juice on them when they come out of the oven for a little freshness, but I didn’t do that…but I should next time. Roasting the sprouts in the oven allows the outside to get a little crisp and the inside is nice and tender…….so yummy! P.S. – cutting them in half makes them so pretty, plus they don’t have to cook as long

Yep, that’s it. Toss it all together and bake in the oven until done.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh brussel sprouts (halved) Note: you can also use frozen but thaw first
Drizzle of olive oil
A good amount of sea salt
Sprinkle of Pepper
Sprinkle Basil
Sprinkle Oregano
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut your clean brussel sprouts in half and arrange on a sheet pan. Drizzle them with olive and sprinkle on the remaining ingredients. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.
